This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our services, apps, and websites, including the StingHD.com website located at http://www.stinghd.com (the “Website”), and any mobile sites (collectively, the Services”), owned by Henry Design Studio, Inc. (“Henry Designs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Henry Designs, the parent of StingHD, operates the Website, including the processing and storing of data collected on or through the Website. We have created this Privacy Policy in order to communicate the policies and practices relating to the collection, use and disclosure of information about you obtained on the Website or through your communications (e.g., email, telephone, or messaging through the Website) with us. 

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Henry Designs may change or update this Privacy Policy periodically; see "Changes and Updates to Privacy Policy" below. You can view the most current version of the Privacy Policy at any time by clicking on the hyperlink labeled "Privacy Policy" located on each page of the Website.

If you decide to use the Services, or by agreeing to the Website’s Terms and Conditions, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information, including personal information, by Henry Designs on the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, or any modifications thereto, please exit the Website now.

Minors

Our Services were not developed or intended for minors under 18 years of age (collectively, “Minors”). We do not knowingly collect information from Minors. Minors may not use the Services. If you use the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are the parent or guardian of a Minor and learn that he/she has provided us with personal information, you may contact us at info@stinghd.com, and we will act to delete such information quickly. 

What information is collected through the Services? 

You may need to provide certain personal information directly to us, including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address if you choose to use the Services, as well as certain financial information (such as your charge or credit card number) directly to our third-party payment processor if you choose to purchase products offered on the Website. If you choose to create an account through our Website, we will store your log-in details and any additional information you elect to provide us. Further, if you communicate with us (e.g., email, telephone, or messages through the Website), we may store such communications. 

Information you provide on the Website will be processed in the United States and stored on our servers, located in the United States. However, in order to complete international deliveries, we may communicate certain personal information to our shipping partners and customs authorities in the destination country. This means that such information may be transferred to computers located outside of the United States where the data protection laws may differ. Your selection of such international delivery represents your consent to that transfer.

You may choose to allow us to store your personal information without taking any further step. You may also request, by sending an e-mail to Henry Designs, to delete your personal information at any time as soon as your order has been processed and delivered (see "Changes and access to your personal information" below). Please note, should you request your personal information be deleted, this may cause some areas of the Services to not function properly.

In addition, when you use our Website, we may automatically collect usage information used by us in the operation and improvement of our Services. Usage information may include a user’s “IP” address, the type of web browser and operating system being used and/or the web pages of the Website a user visits.

We may also collect information using cookies or similar technologies about you even if you do not purchase any products on the Website; see "Cookies" below.

 Receiving information

Henry Designs also provides you with the opportunity to receive information from Henry Designs, which may be of interest to you, including information relating to our products in the United States and new products offered on the Website. If you do not want to receive such information by e-mail, you may opt-out of further communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the email or by following the unsubscribe link in such emails.

 What use is made of the information you provide us?

We may use your personal information to: perform a contract for the products that you have purchased on the Website; to answer your questions and product inquiries; to manage your account registration as a user of the Website; to email you offers about other products which we offer, or may offer, that are similar to those that you have purchased on the Website, unless you have opted-out to receive such information; and to operate and improve our Services.

We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

We may disclose the information you provide through the Services to other companies, such as our payment processor or shipping services, in order to process your order and deliver it to you.

Henry Designs may also disclose the information you provide through the Services to other companies within Henry Designs (collectively, our “Affiliates”), in order that such Affiliates may contact you with respect to information about such Affiliates, including products and services of such Affiliates that may be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive such information by email, you may opt out as set forth above in the section entitled "Receiving information."

Henry Designs may also disclose the information you provide through the Services to third parties who provide services on or to the Website. To verify your information, authenticate payments and process orders, Henry Designs may disclose certain financial and other information you provide to us to third parties that provide credit reporting, payment or order fulfillment services.

Henry Designs may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, a subpoena or other legal process. For example, Henry Designs may disclose such information as is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against a person or entity who may be violating the Terms and Conditions, or who may be causing injury to, or interfering with, other users of the Website. In the event that Henry Designs, or one or all of our Affiliates, or all or part of its or their assets, are acquired by a third party, our customer list and accompanying personal information may be included in the transferred assets.

Please be aware that Henry Designs does not control the policies or practices of third parties to which Henry Designs discloses information about users of the Services and that any use or disclosure of such information by third parties is not governed by this Privacy Policy; see also "Links" below.

 For California Residents 

This section supplements the Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents.

California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84 give California residents the right to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal customer information we share with third parties or Affiliates for their direct marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of information shared and will include a list of the third parties and Affiliates with which it was shared, along with their names and addresses. Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), California residents have certain rights with respect to their personal information.

The CCPA requires us to provide the categories of personal information (as defined in the CCPA) that we collect, or have collected in the last 12 months, they include:

• Identifiers (including IP addresses, name, username, email address, mailing address, telephone number, unique personal identifiers, and other similar identifiers)
• Credit or debit card information, and other financial information 
• The categories of personal information listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80) (including name, address, telephone number)
• Commercial information (including products purchased or considered, payment history, transaction history information)
• Internet and other electronic activity information (including browsing history, search history, and data regarding your interactions with websites)
• Inference information (including additional products or services we think may be of interest to you)

Pursuant to the CCPA, we do not “sell” personal information, nor have we sold any personal information in the past 12 months. Accordingly, there is no need to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. We use and disclose the above categories of personal information consistent with the business purposes discussed within this Policy.

Under the CCPA, California residents may request: 

• The categories of personal information we have collected or disclosed about you
• The categories of sources of such personal information
• The business or commercial purpose for which we have collected such personal information and the categories of third parties with whom we disclose such personal information
• The actual personal information we have collected about you
• That we delete personal information that we have collected about you, and,
• To opt-out of the sale of personal information, and whether we have sold your personal information to any third parties and for what purpose

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. However, certain information may be exempt from requests under the law.

We will provide you with the above information two times within a 12-month period at no charge. We reserve the right to deny or charge an administration fee in relation to fulfilling additional requests during such 12-month period. Any information we provide you will only include information we have collected over the last 12 months. 

For your protection, we will need to verify your identity before complying with your request. As such, you will need to provide us with certain personal information, such as: your first and last name and email address. If there is no personal information that we can verify, we may be unable to complete your request.

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals or other similar opt-out mechanisms, other than those specifically set forth in this Privacy Policy, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings.

 Cookies

Cookies are small files that may be downloaded to your device when you visit a website. For example, your browser may send these cookies back to the website each time you visit the site again, so the site can recognize you. This allows websites to tailor what you see. We reserve the right to use cookies and similar devices on the Website to facilitate site-navigation and to customize the information that appears on the Website. We also reserve the right to use cookies and similar devices to collect non-personal information about users of the Website, such as a user's IP address, the type of web browser and operating system being used and/or the pages of the website a user visits. We collect this information in order to monitor usage of the Website and to improve aspects of the Services.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Henry Designs has no control over the content, policies or actions of these websites. The use of any information you may provide to third parties on other websites, or which such parties may otherwise collect, is not governed by this Privacy Policy. You should carefully review the terms of use and privacy policies of any third-party websites and contact the operators of those websites if you have any questions about their use of your information. Henry Designs cannot be responsible for any third party, or its affiliates or agents, failing to use your personal information in accordance with such third-party's privacy policy, or any contractual or other legal obligations to which such third party, its affiliates or agents, may be subject.

 Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal information you provide against unauthorized access and use. All financial information you provide on the Website is stored on a secure site operated by our payment processor. Transactions conducted on the Website are protected by an SSL encrypting system. Please be aware, however, that no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and any information disclosed online can potentially be collected and used by persons other than the intended recipient.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes it was originally collected, unless required by law to retain it longer. You may delete your account at any time by logging into the Website and following the appropriate instructions. 

 Changes and updates to Privacy Policy

By using the Website or Services, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy reflects Henry Designs’ current business practices and is subject to change and update. In the event of any such change or update, a revised policy will be posted on the Website, with the last date of update noted at the top of the page. Please check the Website periodically to remain informed of any changes or updates to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. If you allow us to retain the personal information you provide through the Services and we intend to disclose that information to third parties or Affiliates in a manner that is not already outlined in this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by e-mail and provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of any further use or disclosure of your personal information.

 Changes and access to your personal information

You may ask us to correct, update or delete information you have provided to us. If applicable, you should be sure to provide us with any changes to your information, including any changes to your postal or e-mail address to ensure that your orders are shipped to the correct address and that we can contact you about your order if necessary. We may also retain, for archival purposes, copies of communications with users of the Services and any response to questions or comments sent to users by Henry Designs.

For European Economic Area Residents

Pursuant to the General Date Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), European Economic Area (“EEA”) “data subjects” have certain rights with respect to their “personal data,” as such terms are defined in the GDPR.

Under the GDPR, EU residents may request: 

• To access the personal information we have collected about you; 
• To update or delete such personal information;
• To have your personal information corrected;
• To restrict the processing of all or some your personal information;
• To transport the personal information we have collected about you;
• To withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information;
